RON CRAY

At the 2012/13 season's presentation and finals night we inducted Ron Cray as the first person in our Hall of Fame. Sadly Ron Cray passed away during the season. He was involved in running the league for many years and he continued to be Chairman of the league right up until his passing.

Ron was known in the area for being a superb supporter of all the local dart leagues. He captained many teams and made it his mission to bring through young players and give them their first chance of playing league darts. He helped young players in any he could and sponsored some of our more promising players. Ron would admit to not being the best player in the league but was always a tough opponent and more importantly played the game in the right spirit and with a smile on his face. For that reason alone it is fitting that he became our first inductee.

BRIAN WILKINS

An incredible 55 years playing in the Paulton and Radstock Darts leagues. That speaks for itself, and I doubt he had missed a season! He continues to play at a very high standard and is hard as ever to beat! He is also the current Chairman of the Paulton Darts League

KATE HULME (nee DANDO)

Our youngest Hall of Famer who at youth level won everything, not just locally or Nationally but internationally. World and European Youth Champion and countless local ladies titles. Kate has represented Somerset County over 100 times before her 30th Birthday!

JULIAN BEALE

40 odd years playing darts in local leagues to an incredibly high standard and is still a player to fear! Former Chairman and has captained many teams down the years and has helped run many a darts tournament and continues to help the league with competitions at Norton Social Club.

Tony Townsend

A Radstock and Paulton darts legend who played with all the areas greats in the 70's and 80's in many local teams and played for the first ever Somerset County team.
